July Fun

As always, we've been a pretty busy family. Here's our latest updates:

Andrew: went to a Phish show with Dan and loved it! What a turn around, he's always been such a hater.

Leslie: finished up with teaching for the semester and is taking a break from school till August.

Tyler: has been nicknamed "The Tank" or "Freight Train" at daycare because he may be little, but he's all muscle (and somewhat scrappy I guess)

Connor: won't go on walks if there's even a hint of thunder in the air

The Carolina Inn has live bluegrass every Friday after work during the summer months. We've gone quite a bit, although it has been horribly hot lately. We just throw our blanket down and relax after a hard week.

We took a quick trip to Atlanta last weekend and spent lots of time at the pool. Here are some quick snap shots.

Happy 4th of July

We had a good weekend. We celebrated the marriage of our friends Dorothy and Erik and enjoyed hanging out with our good friends Ann and Brad who came into town for the wedding. I had to work a big chunk of the weekend, but it wasn't too bad. Tyler had a sleepover with Grandmama and Grandaddy while we went to the wedding. I got to sleep until 7:00 the next morning! Would've slept later, but I had to get up and go to work. Here's a cute video of Tyler-head. Of yeah, speaking of Tyler-head, we had the ultrasound and he's all good- no swelling or fluid on the brain. Just a big head. We knew we called him Tyler-head for a reason.
